  It was the single worst albuerge/pension on the camino since Leon. Since we were really tired from walking we made an exception and booked a double room. What we got, was less comfort than the normal albuerge. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned with hair of other people lying around. The woman in charge at the reception (25.11.2017 around 16:00) immediately excused and cleaned it. So far so good. When we arrived back in the night and wanted to shower there was only cold water. When we went to the reception in the morning the woman in charge (26.12.2017 around 10:00) was simply impertinent. Before we even talked about a refund, she simply doubted our story. Even that the bathroom had been dirty in the day before was "made up by us". It ended with ridiculous arguments where she showed us, that the water is hot now and could not be cold yesterday. The icing on the cake was, that she didn't speak English but spoke in an extremely fast and loud way Spanish, although it was obvious that I speak Spanish not as good and fast as her. At least we got 5€ back but with the bad taste that we were doubted and treated very impolitely.

  Really great location, showers not so hot. Someone stole some of my laundry.
